Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Returns requested due to change of mind, wrong size, or style preference are not accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued only for the product price, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Customs and Duties

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.
